Conditions or Reasons:
1) The building is referred to as an 'Important building' in the Pulloxhill Conservation Area Statement published in 1996 by this authority. The statement states that this council will resist the demolition of Listed and other Important buildings within the Conservation Area and will actively encourage their maintenance. To allow the demolition of this building would be in contravention with this policy and contrary to Adopted Mid Beds Local PLan Policy BE14, Policy CHE11A of the Mid Beds Local Plan First Review (Proposed Modifications) which seeks to exercise very careful control over demolition of buildings within the Conservation Areas and PPG15.
