Conditions or Reasons:
1) The window hereby permitted shall be permanently glazed with obscured glass.
REASON: To protect the privacy of the occupiers of adjoining properties.
(Policies 10, B.S.P.; BE8 & H8, S.B.L.P.R).
2) This permission relates only to the details shown on the Site Location Plan, Block Plan and Drawings No. JT/DDS/2 received 03/03/06 and 10/03/06, except in so far as the boundary fence is not expressly required to be provided or to any subsequent appropriately endorsed revised plan.
REASON: To identify the approved plan/s and to avoid doubt.
