Conditions or Reasons:
1) The proposal, by way of its height, position and design, is not subservient to the main dwelling and as such has an adverse impact upon the Character and Appearance of the Area. This is contrary to Policy BE1 of the Mid Bedfordshire Local Plan (adopted 1993) and Policy DPS6 of the Mid Bedfordshire Local Plan First Review Deposit Draft incorporating Proposed Modifications (2003).
