Conditions or Reasons for Planning Application - MB/05/00607/LB
Conditions or Reasons:
1) The works hereby consented shall be begun within five years of the date of this permission.

Reason: To comply with Section 18 of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990, to ensure that this consent does not continue in existence indefinitely if the development to which it relates is not carried out.
2) Prior to the commencement of development full details of the method of re-plastering over or removing the artex shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority.

Reason: To minimise the danger of damage to this historic building.
3) Prior to the commencement of development details of lime mortar mixes should submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority.

Reason: To safeguard the special architectural and historic interest of this statutorily Listed Building in accordance with Policy BE6 of the Mid Bedfordshire Local Plan First Review Draft Deposit Incorporating Proposed Modifications
4) All new stud partition walls shall be scribed round the existing skirting boards and timber frame and any new partition walls shall have skirting to match the existing.

Reason: Reason: To safeguard the special architectural and historic interest of this statutorily Listed Building in accordance with Policy BE6 of the Mid Bedfordshire Local Plan First Review Draft Deposit Incorporating Proposed Modifications
5) Details of the oak panelled doors to be installed shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority.

Reason: To safeguard the special architectural and historic interest of this statutorily listed building in accordance with Policy BE6 of the Mid Bedfordshire Local Plan First Review Draft Deposit Incorporating Proposed Modifications
6) No alteration to the historic timber frame take place unless otherwise approved by the Local Planning Authority.

Reason: To safeguard the special architectural and historic interest of this statutorily Listed Building in accordance with Policy BE6 of the Mid Bedfordshire Local Plan First Review Draft Deposit Incorporating Proposed Modifications
