Conditions or Reasons:
1) The applicant does not control sufficient land to provide the adequate parking of vehicles clear of the public highway. The proposal would therefore be detrimental to highway safety and be contrary to Policy BE1 of the adopted Mid Bedfordshire Local Plan and Policy DPS10 of the Draft Deposit Mid Bedfordshire Local Plan First Review.
