Conditions or Reasons for Planning Application - SB/06/00254
Conditions or Reasons:
1) The proposal makes inadequate parking provision and would result in an obstruction on the public highway, which would create conditions of danger and inconvenience to users of the highway and users of the adjoining properties. The proposal is therefore contrary to Policy 42 of the Bedfordshire Structure Plan 2011 and Policy T1 of the South Bedfordshire Local Plan Review.
