Conditions or Reasons:
1) The proposed extension, by nature of its size represents an unacceptable enlargement of the dwelling to the detriment of the character and appearance of the streetscene and the amenities of adjoining occupiers; as such the proposal is contrary to Policy DPS6 of the Mid Bedfordshire Local Plan First Review Draft Deposit incorporating Proposed Modifications 2003.
