1) The proposed rear dormer window would extend more than half the width of the roof and would not be set down from the main roof ridge as such the proposal would be contrary to this council's Technical Planning Guidance: Extensions and Alterations: A Design Guide for Householders 2004 and Policy DPS 6 of the Mid Bedfordshire Local Plan First Review Draft Deposit incorporating Proposed Modifications.
