Conditions or Reasons:
1) The converted garage shall only be used for purposes incidental to the use of the dwelling for residential purposes and no trade or business shall be carried out therefrom.
REASON: To prevent the introduction of any commercial use.
(Policy BE8, S.B.L.P.R).
2) This permission relates only to the details shown on Drawing No. RM 06/013.1 received 10/03/06 or to any subsequent appropriately endorsed revised plan.
REASON: To identify the approved drawing and to avoid doubt.
