Conditions or Reasons for Planning Application - MB/05/00995/FULL
Conditions or Reasons:
1) The proposed development by reason of the size and design of the building and the size of the site would result in a cramped form of development harmful to the character of the area. As such the proposal would be contrary to Policies BE1 and H7 of the Mid Bedfordshire Local Plan (1993), DSP5 and H06 of the Mid Bedfordshire Local Plan First Review Deposit Draft Incorporating Proposed Modifications (2003).
2) The proposed development by reason of the size and design of the building, would give rise to overbearing impact and loss of privacy to the occupiers of adjoining dwellings. As such the proposal is contrary to the adopted Design Guide for Residential Areas in Mid Bedfordshire (2004) and Policies BE1 and H7 of the Mid Bedfordshire Local Plan and Policies DPS5 and H06 of the Mid Bedfordshire Local Plan First Review Deposit Draft Incorporating Proposed Modifications (2003).
