Conditions or Reasons for Planning Application - MB/05/01000/FULL
Conditions or Reasons:
1) The development hereby approved shall be commenced within five years of the date of this permission.

Reason: To comply with Section 91 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 which is designed to ensure that a planning permission does not continue in existence indefinitely if the development to which it relates is not carried out.
2) The additional floodlights hereby permitted shall not be used after 10pm or before 8am on any day.

Reason: To safeguard the amenities which the occupiers of neighbouring properties might reasonably expect to enjoy.
3) The lights shall be directed downwards towards the tennis courts at all times and shall not be directed outside the courts.

Reason: To safeguard the amenities which the occupiers of neighbouring properties might reasonably expect to enjoy.
