Conditions or Reasons:
1) The proposed first floor side extension would, because of its size, bulk, and siting, have an unduly overbearing impact on the adjacent property, number 5 Gilded Acre, detrimental to the residential amenity of the occupiers of that property. The proposal is therefore contrary to Policy 10 of the Bedfordshire Structure Plan 2011 and Policies BE8 and H8 of the South Bedfordshire Local Plan Review.
