Conditions or Reasons for Planning Application - MB/05/01063/LB
Conditions or Reasons:
1) The works hereby consented shall be begun within three years of the date of this permission.

Reason: To comply with Section 18 of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990, to ensure that this consent does not continue in existence indefinitely if the development to which it relates is not carried out.
2) The replacement windows are to be timber vertically hung box-sash windows and set in a reveal.

Reason: To safeguard the special architectural and historic interest of this statutorily listed building in accordance with Policy BE6 of the Mid Bedfordshire Local Plan.
3) A sample glazing bar section and details of vents shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority prior to the commencement of development.

Reason: To safeguard the special architectural and historic interest of this statutorily listed building in accordance with Policy BE6 of the Mid Bedfordshire Local Plan.
4) The windows shall be single glazed and white painted unless otherwise agreed in writing with the Local Planning Authority.

Reason: To safeguard the special architectural and historic interest of this statutorily listed building in accordance with Policy BE6 of the Mid Bedfordshire Local Plan.
