1) There is insufficient area within the site for the safe and convenient parking and turning for two vehicles leading to the detriment of highway safety; as such the proposal is contrary to Policy BE1 of the Mid Bedfordshire Local Plan 1993 and Policy DPS6 of the Mid Bedfordshire Local Plan First Review Deposit Draft incorporating Proposed Modifications 2003.
