Conditions or Reasons for Planning Application - SB/06/00326/FULL
Conditions or Reasons:
1) The proposed extension would, because of its size, siting, bulk and visual appearance, result in a disproportionate increase in the size of the original dwelling so being inappropriate in and affecting the character and openness of the Green Belt, the Chilterns Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, the Oldhill Wood Area of Special Character and the Area of Great Landscape Value. The proposal is therefore contrary to Policies 6, 7 and 24 of the Bedfordshire Structure Plan 2011 and Policies NE2, NE3, BE6, GB1 and H13 of the South Bedfordshire Local Plan Review.
