Conditions or Reasons:
1) The treatment of the roof over the ground floor part of the lounge extension presents an awkward, poor design and has an unacceptable visual impact on the dwelling itself and that of the surrounding neighbourhood. Also this roof treatment is contrary to Policy DPS6 of the Mid Bedfordshire Local Plan First Review Draft Deposit incorporating proposed modifications 2003 and also with Technical Planning Guidance on Extensions and Alterations 2004.
