Conditions or Reasons:
1) The proposed workshop/garage, by nature of its height and bulk, would have an overbearing impact on the amenities of adjoining occupiers; as such the proposal is contrary to Policy BE1 of the Mid Bedfordshire Local Plan (Adopted) 1993 and DPS6 of the Mid Bedfordshire Local Plan First Review (Deposit Draft) 1997 as proposed to be amended.
