Conditions or Reasons:
1) The proposed development would result in the creation of an independent residential unit which would have a poor relationship to the main dwellinghouse with no allocated parking or private amenity area. As such the proposal is contrary to Policies DPS6 and DPS9 of the Mid Bedfordshire Local Plan adopted 2005.
