Conditions or Reasons:
1) Details of a landscaped buffer/screen to be located along part of the eastern boundary in the vicinity of the decking/terrace, to include appropriate plants with a timetable for implementation shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority within one months of the date of this decision notice. Implementation shall be carried out this current planting season, before 31 March 2006 and the planting should be maintained to encourage its establishment for a period of five years. Any plants that die or become diseased within this period shall be replaced as soon as is reasonably practicable to the satisfaction of the Local Planning Authority.

Reason: To provide a permanent plant screen to protect the privacy and reduce overlooking of the adjoining neighbour at 34 Church Road, Harlington.
