Conditions or Reasons:
1) The proposed development by reason of the link building would, because of its size, siting and unsympathetic design, be harmful to the visual amenities of the street scene and of nearby residents. The proposal is therefore contrary to Policy 10 of the Bedfordshire Structure Plan 2011 and Policies H8 and BE8 of the South Bedfordshire Local Plan Review.
