Conditions or Reasons for Planning Application - MB/05/01956/LB
Conditions or Reasons:
1) The windows to the east and west side elevations shall be removed and replaced by single glazed, timber joinery painted white and constructed in accordance with a 1:1 section drawing of the proposed glazing bars which shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority prior to the installation of the new windows required by this condition. The windows shall be constructed in accordance with this detail unless otherwise agreed and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority.

Reason: To safeguard the special architectural and historic interest of this statutorily Listed Building in accordance with Policy CHE1 of the Mid Bedfordshire Local Plan First Review 2005.
2) The fascia boards to the east and west side elevations shall be removed and replaced by boards to match the existing dwelling, details of which shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority prior to the installation of the fascia boards. The fascia boards shall be constructed in accordance with this detail unless otherwise agreed and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority.

Reason: To safeguard the special architectural and historic interest of this statutorily Listed Building in accordance with Policy CHE1 of the Mid Bedfordshire Local Plan First Review 2005.
3) The new windows and the new fascia boards shall be installed within four months of the date of this decision notice unless otherwise agreed and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority.

Reason: To safeguard the character and appearance of this Grade ll Listed building.
