Conditions or Reasons for Planning Application - MB/05/01958/FULL
Conditions or Reasons:
1) The proposed development by virtue of the cramped nature of the rear building will result in a cramped form of development that would adversely impact upon the character and appearance of the area. This is contrary to Policies DPS5 and HO6 of the Mid Bedfordshire Local Plan 2005.
2) The application provides inadequate information to allow the Local Planning Authority to satisfactorily assess the potential impact of noise that the neighbouring commercial premises may have on the proposed development. Future occupiers of the proposed residential development may therefore be significantly affected by noise from the adjacent commercial premises. The proposal is therefore contrary to Policy DPS24 of the Mid Bedfordshire Local Plan First Review 2005.
