1) The proposal, by nature of its excessive height and siting close to the boundary will have an overbearing impact upon the neighbouring amenity of the adjacent new dwelling; as such the proposal is contrary to policy DPS6 of the Mid Bedfordshire Local Plan Adopted 2005.
