Conditions or Reasons for Planning Application - SB/06/00378
Conditions or Reasons:
1) The site is too restricted to allow a satisfactory subdivision to be carried out in accordance with standards normally acceptable to the District Planning Authority for residential development and would allow insufficient space about the buildings for the enjoyment of the occupants. The proposal is therefore contrary to Policy 10 of the Bedfordshire Structure Plan 2011 and Policies BE8 and H9 of the South Bedfordshire Local Plan Review.
