Conditions or Reasons for Planning Application - MB/05/01976/FULL
Conditions or Reasons:
1) The two storey extensions to the side and rear are not subservient to the existing house and have not been set back from the front face of the existing dwelling and will therefore be in conflict with this Authority's Technical Guidance to the Mid Beds Local Plan First Review 2005. It will also be in conflict with Policy DPS6 of the Mid Beds Local Plan First Review 2005.
2) The proposed two storey side extension, by nature of its size and design, represents an unacceptable enlargement of the dwelling to the detriment of the character and appearance of the streetscene and the amenities of adjoining occupiers; as such the proposal is contrary to Policy DPS6 of the Mid Bedfordshire Local Plan First Review 2005.
