Conditions or Reasons:
1) The external alterations proposed to the building would have a harmful urbanising impact on the character of the area. As such the proposal is contrary to Policy DPS6 of the Adopted Mid Bedfordshire Local Plan 2005.
2) The proposal would result in the increased use of a sub standard access where visibility is restricted, thereby having a harmful impact on highway safety. As such the proposal is contrary to Policy DPS10 of the Adopted Mid Bedfordshire Local Plan 2005.
