Conditions or Reasons:
1) The mast by reason of its siting and height will have an overbearing impact on the residential amenity of the adjacent properties. As such, the proposal is contrary to Policy DPS5 of the Mid Bedfordshire Local Plan Adopted 2005.
2) The mast, by reason of its siting and height would have an adverse effect on the character and appearance of the area and that of the nearby Conservation Area, situated near to the site. As such, the proposal is contrary to Policies DPS5 and CHE11 of the Mid Bedfordshire Local Plan Adopted 2005.
