Conditions or Reasons for Planning Application - MB/05/02048/FULL
Conditions or Reasons:
1) The proposed extension, by reason of its length, height, massing and siting on the boundary would result in an undesirable and unacceptable form of development such that it would have an adverse impact on the amenities of the adjoining property at 12 Lincoln Close in terms of loss of light and overbearing; as such the proposal is contrary to Policy DPS6 of the Mid Bedfordshire Local Plan First Review 2005 and the Planning Technical Guidance: Extensions and Alterations: A Design Guide for Householders 2004.
2) The proposed extension, by reason of its height and and siting would result in an undesirable and unacceptable form of development such that it would have an adverse impact on the amenities of the adjoining property at 5 Salisbury Road in terms of loss of privacy; as such the proposal is contrary to Policy DPS6 of the Mid Bedfordshire Local Plan First Review 2005 and the Planning Technical Guidance: Extensions and Alterations: A Design Guide for Householders 2004.
3) The proposal would result in an undesirable and unacceptable form of development such that it would have an adverse impact on the character of the dwelling due to it length, height, massing and siting on the boundary ; as such the proposal is contrary to Policy DPS6 of the Mid Bedfordshire Local Plan First Review 2005 and the Planning Technical Guidance: Extensions and Alterations: A Design Guide for Householders 2004.
