Conditions or Reasons:
1) The proposed development would, because of its size, bulk, siting and unsympathetic design, appear unduly obtrusive and overbearing and result in unacceptable overshadowing of and loss of privacy to the occupiers of the adjoining properties to the detriment of residential amenity. The proposal is therefore contrary to Policy 10 of the Bedfordshire Structure Plan 2011 and Policies BE8 and H8 of the South Bedfordshire Local Plan Review.
