Conditions or Reasons:
1) The removal of the existing full height kerbs in the vicinity of the bus stop would lead to an increase in the likelihood of vehicles mounting the footpath to the detriment of pedestrian safety as such the proposal would be contrary to Policy DPS5 of the adopted Mid Bedfordshire Local Plan.
