Conditions or Reasons for Planning Application - MB/06/00370/FULL
Conditions or Reasons:
1) The development hereby approved shall be commenced within three years of the date of this permission.

Reason: To comply with Section 91 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 which is designed to ensure that a planning permission does not continue in existence indefinitely if the development to which it relates is not carried out.
2) Details of the materials and colouration to be used for the rainwater goods to the development hereby permitted shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority prior to the commencement of development. The works shall be completed in accordance with the approved details.

Reason: To safeguard the special architectural and historic interest of this statutorily listed building in accordance with Policy BE6 of the Mid Bedfordshire Local Plan.
3) The permission shall extend only to the application as amended by the plans received on 11 April 2006.

Reason: For the avoidance of doubt and to ensure that the development is implemented in accordance with the plans formally approved by the Local Planning Authority.
4) Notwithstanding any provision of the Town and Country Planning (General Permitted Development) Order 1995 (or any Order revoking or re-enacting that Order with or without modification) no further window or other opening shall be formed on the east or west elevations of the building.

Reason: To protect the amenities of occupiers of neighbouring properties.
