1) The proposed extension, by nature of its projection to the rear, represents an unacceptable enlargement of the dwelling to the detriment of the amenities of adjoining occupiers; as such the proposal is contrary to Policy DPS6 of the Mid Bedfordshire Local Plan First Review 2005.
