Conditions or Reasons:
1) The proposed two storey rear extension represents an unacceptable enlargement of the dwelling to the detriment of the amenities of the adjoining occupier at 35 Grange Road by way of overbearing, loss of light and loss of outlook; as such the proposal is contrary to Policy DPS6 of the Mid Bedfordshire Local Plan First Review 2005.
