Conditions or Reasons for Planning Application - MB/06/00530/FULL
Conditions or Reasons:
1) The development hereby approved shall be commenced within three years of the date of this permission.

Reason: To comply with Section 91 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 which is designed to ensure that a planning permission does not continue in existence indefinitely if the development to which it relates is not carried out.
2) The premises shall only be open to customers between the hours of 9.30 am to 8.00 pm Mondays to Fridays, 9.30 am to 6.00pm on Saturdays and Sundays and not at all on Bank Holidays.

Reason: To safeguard the amenities which the occupiers of neighbouring properties might reasonably expect to enjoy.
3) The permission shall extend only to the application as amended by plan received 3 May 2006.

Reason: For the avoidance of doubt and to ensure that the development is implemented in accordance with the plans formally approved by the Local Planning Authority.
