Conditions or Reasons:
1) The submitted site layout plan (1:500) is inaccurate therefore the Council cannot fully assess the proposal with regard to the impact upon neighbouring amenities. As such the proposal is contrary to Policy DPS6 of the Adopted Mid Bedfordshire Local Plan.
