Conditions or Reasons for Planning Application - MB/06/00722/LB
Conditions or Reasons:
1) The works hereby consented shall be begun within three years of the date of this permission.

Reason: To comply with Section 18 of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990, to ensure that this consent does not continue in existence indefinitely if the development to which it relates is not carried out.
2) Unless otherwise agreed in writing by the Local Planning Authority, the windows hereby granted consent shall be single glazed, white painted and fitted with a glazing bar that accords with the details provided on the submitted surveyor's notes.

Reason: To ensure that the works do not result in any detrimental impacts on the character or appearance of the Listed Building.
