Conditions or Reasons for Planning Application - MB/06/00782/FULL
Conditions or Reasons:
1) The proposal has failed to demonstrate that a commercial use of the outbuildings is inappropriate due to access or amenity considerations. This is contrary to Policy CS18 of the Mid Bedfordshire Local Plan 2005.
2) The proposed development by reason of the works to be carried out in respect of unit 6 does not constitute a re-use/conversion of an existing building but rather is a new build residential unit. This would be contrary to Policy CS18 of the Mid Bedfordshire Local Plan 2005.
3) The proposed development by reason of its residential domestic nature will adversely impact upon the character and appearance of the conservation area and its setting. This would be contrary to Policy CHE11 of the Mid Bedfordshire Local Plan 2005.
