Conditions or Reasons for Planning Application - MB/06/00786/FULL
Conditions or Reasons:
1) The development hereby approved shall be commenced within three years of the date of this permission.

Reason: To comply with Section 91 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 which is designed to ensure that a planning permission does not continue in existence indefinitely if the development to which it relates is not carried out.
2) The lighting columns for the car parking area shall have a maximum height of 3 metres and be in strict accordance with the approved plans and specifications hereby approved.

Reason: For the avoidance of doubt and to ensure that the development is implemented in accordance with the plans formally approved by the Local Planning Authority.
3) The lighting columns for the grass area shall have a maximum height of 2.2 metres and be in strict accordance with the approved plans and specifications hereby approved.

Reason: For the avoidance of doubt and to ensure that the development is implemented in accordance with the plans formally approved by the Local Planning Authority.
4) The bollards for the Hitchin Road access shall have a maximum height of 1.25 metres and be in strict accordance with the approved plans and specifications hereby approved.

Reason: For the avoidance of doubt and to ensure that the development is implemented in accordance with the plans formally approved by the Local Planning Authority.
5) The proposed means of illumination shall be shielded so that no glare or dazzle occurs to drivers of vehicles using the public highway.

Reason: In the interest of road safety.
