1) The proposed dormer window is permitted development under Schedule 2 Part 1 Class B of the Town and Country Planning (General Permitted Development) Order 1995. A specific planning permission is therefore not required for the works shown on the submitted plans.
2) The proposed loft conversion is permitted development under Schedule 2 Part 1 Class A of the Town and Country Planning (General Permitted Development) Order 1995.
