Conditions or Reasons:
1) The proposed two storey rear extension by nature of its location and size represents unacceptable development of the dwelling to the detriment of the amenities of the adjoining occupier at 2 Murrell Lane by way of being overbearing, overshadowing and causing loss of light; as such the proposal is contrary to Policy DPS6 of the Mid Bedfordshire Local Plan Adopted 2005.
