Conditions or Reasons:
1) The proposal would result in an undesirable and unacceptable form of development such that it would have an adverse impact on the character of the Flitton Conservation Area and be overbearing on the occupiers of nearby residential properties; as such the proposal is contrary to Policy DPS6 and CHE11 of the Mid Bedfordshire Local Plan First Review 2005.
