Conditions or Reasons for Planning Application - MB/06/01089/FULL
Conditions or Reasons:
1) The proposal, by virtue of the juxtaposition of Plot 3 with the neighbouring dwelling to the east would result in an undesirable and unacceptably cramped form of development to the detriment of the character and appearance of the area; as such the proposal is contrary to Policy DPS5 of the Mid Bedfordshire Local Plan 2005.
2) The proposal, by virtue of the forward siting of Plots 1 and 2 would result in a visually intrusive form of development to the overall detriment of the character and appearance of the street scene along Ampthill Road; as such the proposal is contrary to Policy DPS5 of the Mid Bedfordshire Local Plan 2005.
