Conditions or Reasons for Planning Application - MB/06/01158/LB
Conditions or Reasons:
1) The works hereby consented shall be begun within three years of the date of this permission.

Reason: To comply with Section 18 of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990, to ensure that this consent does not continue in existence indefinitely if the development to which it relates is not carried out.
2) The additional velux window hereby permitted shall match the external appearance of the existing velux window unless otherwise agreed in writing by the Local Planning Authority.

Reason: To safeguard the special architectural and historic interest of this statutorily Listed Building in accordance with Policy BE6 of the Mid Bedfordshire Local Plan.
3) Details of the materials to be used and method of opening of the new window proposed to the 1st floor rear elevation shall be submitted to and approved by the local planning authority before development starts.

Reason: To safeguard the special architectural and historic interest of this statutorily listed building in accordance with Policy CHE1 of the Mid Bedfordshire Local Plan.
