Conditions or Reasons:
1) The proposed extension, by reason of its size, design and siting, would be detrimental to the character and appearance of the streetscene and to the character of the existing dwelling; as such the proposal is contrary to policy DPS6 of the Mid Bedfordshire Adopted Local Plan 2005.
2) The proposed extension, by reason of its size, design and siting, would be detrimental to the amenities of adjoining residents; as such the proposal is contrary to policy DPS6 of the Mid Bedfordshire Adopted Local Plan 2005.
