Conditions or Reasons for Planning Application - MB/06/01223/CA
Conditions or Reasons:
1) The works hereby consented shall be begun within three years of the date of this permission.

Reason: To comply with Section 18 of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990, to ensure that this consent does not continue in existence indefinitely if the development to which it relates is not carried out.
2) The bricks removed during demolition of the 0.5 m length of wall granted consent are to be salvaged and reused for making good the end of the existing wall, unless otherwise agreed in writing with the Local Planning Authority.

Reason: To ensure an exact match of materials.
3) The mortar type, mix and pointing are to exactly match that of the portion of the wall to be retained, unless otherwise agreed in writing with the Local Planning Authority.

Reason: To safeguard the visual amenity of the Blunham Conservation Area.
