Conditions or Reasons for Planning Application - MB/06/01263/FULL
Conditions or Reasons:
1) The development hereby approved shall be commenced within three years of the date of this permission.

Reason: To comply with Section 91 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 which is designed to ensure that a planning permission does not continue in existence indefinitely if the development to which it relates is not carried out.
2) All the fencing and gates hereby approved shall be finished with a green powder coating.

Reason: In the interests of the visual amenity of the locality.
3) Prior to the commencement of the 2007/2008 football season, or within 8 months from the date of this decision, whichever is the sooner, Pitch 1, as shown on Drawing No. COM/43/04/B shall be repositioned in accordance with details to be submitted to and approved by the Local Planning Authority. Thereafter the pitch shall be marked out and retained in accordance with the approved details, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Reason: In the interest of maintaining the long term amenity enjoyed by adjoining residential occupiers.
