1) The full length dormer proposed to the rear of the property does not accord with Mid Beds adopted Technical Guidance: Extensions & Alterations: A Design Guide For Householders. In addition the two front dormers proposed are too large relative to the size of the property and therefore fail Policy CHE11 and DPS6 of the Mid Bedfordshire Local Plan, First Review, Adopted December 2005.
