Conditions or Reasons:
1) The building shall be retained on the site for a limited period of .3 years commencing from the date of this decision notice, at the end of which period it shall be completely removed from the site within a period of 3 months.

Reason: The proposal is stated in the application to be for a temporary period only.
2) Details of surface water drainage for the site shall be submitted to and approved by the Local Planning Authority before any work on the site commences. The drainage works shall be constructed in accordance with the approved plans before any part of the development is brought into use.

Reason: To ensure that adequate surface water drainage is provided to prevent water pollution and flooding.
