Conditions or Reasons for Planning Application - SB/06/00571
Conditions or Reasons:
1) The development shall begin not later than three years from the date of this permission.
REASON: To comply with Section 91 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 as amended by Section 51 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004.
2) Before development commences the outbuildings and structures shown hatched in green and labelled to be removed on Drawing No. 0607/2 Rev.B shall be demolished and removed from the site.
REASON: To safeguard the character and openness of the Chilterns Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty and the South Bedfordshire Green Belt.
(Policies 6, 7 & 24, B.S.P.; GB1, NE2, NE3 & H13, S.B.L.P.R.).
3) New external brickwork and roofing materials shall match those of the existing building as closely as possible.
REASON: To ensure that the development is in keeping with the existing building.
(Policies 10, B.S.P.; BE8 & H8, S.B.L.P.R).
4) This permission relates only to the details shown on the Site Location Plan and Drawings Nos. 0607/1, 0607/2 Rev.B, 0607/3 Rev.B & 0607/4 Rev.B received 25/05/06 or to any subsequent appropriately endorsed revised plan.
REASON: To identify the approved plan/s and to avoid doubt.
