Conditions or Reasons for Planning Application - MB/06/01809/FULL
Conditions or Reasons:
1) The proposed development would have an adverse impact on the residential amenity of surrounding residents by reason of noise and general disturbance which is likely to result from late night customer activity and the proposal is therefore considered contrary to Policy TCS9 of the Mid Bedfordshire Local Plan Adopted December 2005.
2) The proposed development would as a result of insufficient provision of car parking facilities lead to an increase in on-street car parking resulting in the danger and inconvenience to other highway users to the detriment of highway safety and is therefore considered contrary to Policies TCS9 and DPS5 of the Mid Bedfordshire Local Plan Adopted December 2005.
